Improper Initialization vulnerability in the local server component of EZVIZ CS-C6N-A0-1C2WFR allows a local attacker to read the contents of the memory space containing the encrypted admin password. This issue affects: EZVIZ CS-C6N-A0-1C2WFR versions prior to 5.3.0 build 220428.
WebCore in Apple WebKit build 18794 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (null dereference and application crash) via a TD element with a large number in the ROWSPAN attribute, as demonstrated by a crash of OmniWeb 5.5.3 on Mac OS X 10.4.8, a different vulnerability than CVE-2006-2019.
The (1) TLS and (2) DTLS implementations in OpenSSL 1.0.1 before 1.0.1g do not properly handle Heartbeat Extension packets, which allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information from process memory via crafted packets that trigger a buffer over-read, as demonstrated by reading private keys, related to d1_both.c and t1_lib.c, aka the Heartbleed bug.
Directory traversal vulnerability in NTWebServer in InduSoft Web Studio 7.1 before SP2 Patch 4 allows remote attackers to read administrative passwords in APP files, and consequently execute arbitrary code, via unspecified web requests.
Multiple stack-based buffer overflows in Advantech WebAccess before 7.2 allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a long string in the (1) ProjectName, (2) SetParameter, (3) NodeName, (4) CCDParameter, (5) SetColor, (6) AlarmImage, (7) GetParameter, (8) GetColor, (9) ServerResponse, (10) SetBaud, or (11) IPAddress parameter to an ActiveX control in (a) webvact.ocx, (b) dvs.ocx, or (c) webdact.ocx.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in Synactis PDF In-The-Box ActiveX control (PDF_IN_1.ocx), specifically the ConnectToSynactis method. When a long string is passed to this method—intended to populate the ldCmdLine argument of a WinExec call—a strcpy operation overwrites a saved TRegistry class pointer on the stack. This allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in the context of the user by enticing them to visit a malicious webpage that instantiates the vulnerable ActiveX control. The vulnerability was discovered via its use in third-party software such as Logic Prin
The deployment script in the unsupported "OpenShift Extras" set of add-on scripts, in Red Hat Openshift 1, installs a default public key in the root user's authorized_keys file.
The RemoteAddr and LocalAddr methods on the returned net.Conn may call themselves, leading to an infinite loop which will crash the program due to a stack overflow.
Directory traversal vulnerability in TP-LINK Archer C5 (1.2) with firmware before 150317, C7 (2.0) with firmware before 150304, and C8 (1.0) with firmware before 150316, Archer C9 (1.0), TL-WDR3500 (1.0), TL-WDR3600 (1.0), and TL-WDR4300 (1.0) with firmware before 150302, TL-WR740N (5.0) and TL-WR741ND (5.0) with firmware before 150312, and TL-WR841N (9.0), TL-WR841N (10.0), TL-WR841ND (9.0), and TL-WR841ND (10.0) with firmware before 150310 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the PATH_INFO to login/.
ipmi-oem in FreeIPMI before 1.16.17 has exploitable buffer overflows on response messages. The Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) specification defines a set of interfaces for platform management. It is implemented by a large number of hardware manufacturers to support system management. It is most commonly used for sensor reading (e.g., CPU temperatures through the ipmi-sensors command within FreeIPMI) and remote power control (the ipmipower command). The ipmi-oem client command implements a set of a IPMI OEM commands for specific hardware vendors. If a user has supported hardwa
A flaw was found in gnutls. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted ClientHello message with an invalid Pre-Shared Key (PSK) binder value during the TLS handshake. This can lead to a NULL pointer dereference, causing the server to crash and resulting in a remote Denial of Service (DoS) condition.
A heap buffer overflow in the av_bprint_finalize() function of FFmpeg v8.0.1 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted input.
Versions of the package jsrsasign before 11.1.1 are vulnerable to Incorrect Conversion between Numeric Types due to handling negative exponents in ext/jsbn2.js. An attacker can force the computation of incorrect modular inverses and break signature verification by calling modPow with a negative exponent.
A lack of path validation in aaPanel v7.57.0 allows attackers to execute a local file inclusion (LFI), leadingot sensitive information exposure.
An improper resource deallocation and closure vulnerability in the tools/zmqsend.c component of FFmpeg v8.0.1 allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via supplying a crafted input file.
ngtcp2 is a C implementation of the IETF QUIC protocol. In versions prior to 1.22.1, ngtcp2_qlog_parameters_set_transport_params() serializes peer transport parameters into a fixed 1024-byte stack buffer without bounds checking. When qlog is enabled, a remote peer can send sufficiently large transport parameters during the QUIC handshake to cause writes beyond the buffer boundary, resulting in a stack buffer overflow. This affects deployments that enable the qlog callback and process untrusted peer transport parameters. This issue has been fixed in version 1.22.1. If developers are unable to i
Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in pdfmake versions 0.3.0-beta.2 through 0.3.5 allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the src/URLResolver.js component. The fix was released in version 0.3.6 which introduces the setUrlAccessPolicy() method allowing server operators to define URL access rules. A warning is now logged when pdfmake is used server-side without a policy configured.
Blesta 3.x through 5.x before 5.13.3 allows object injection, aka CORE-5680.
pyasn1 is a generic ASN.1 library for Python. Prior to 0.6.3, the `pyasn1` library is vulnerable to a Denial of Service (DoS) attack caused by uncontrolled recursion when decoding ASN.1 data with deeply nested structures. An attacker can supply a crafted payload containing thousands of nested `SEQUENCE` (`0x30`) or `SET` (`0x31`) tags with "Indefinite Length" (`0x80`) markers. This forces the decoder to recursively call itself until the Python interpreter crashes with a `RecursionError` or consumes all available memory (OOM), crashing the host application. This is a distinct vulnerability from
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in `DicomStreamReader` during DICOM meta-header parsing. When processing malformed metadata structures, the parser may read beyond the bounds of the allocated metadata buffer. Although this issue does not typically crash the server or expose data directly to the attacker, it reflects insufficient input validation in the parsing logic.
