An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.7.5, macOS Sonoma 14.8.5, macOS Tahoe 26.4. An app may be able to modify protected parts of the file system.
An out-of-bounds read vulnerability exists in the `DecodePsmctRle1` function of `DicomImageDecoder.cpp`. The `PMSCT_RLE1` decompression routine, which decodes the proprietary Philips Compression format, does not properly validate escape markers placed near the end of the compressed data stream. A crafted sequence at the end of the buffer can cause the decoder to read beyond the allocated memory region and leak heap data into the rendered image output.
Chainlit versions prior to 2.9.4 contain an arbitrary file read vulnerability in the /project/element update flow. An authenticated client can send a custom Element with a user-controlled path value, causing the server to copy the referenced file into the attacker’s session. The resulting element identifier (chainlitKey) can then be used to retrieve the file contents via /project/file/<chainlitKey>, allowing disclosure of any file readable by the Chainlit service.
eNet SMART HOME server 2.2.1 and 2.3.1 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the deleteUserAccount JSON-RPC method that permits any authenticated low-privileged user (UG_USER) to delete arbitrary user accounts, except for the built-in admin account. The application does not enforce role-based access control on this function, allowing a standard user to submit a crafted POST request to /jsonrpc/management specifying another username to have that account removed without elevated permissions or additional confirmation.
Addressed a potential insecure direct object reference (IDOR) vulnerability in the signing invitation acceptance process. Under certain conditions, this issue could have allowed an attacker to access or modify unauthorized resources by manipulating user-supplied object identifiers, potentially leading to forged signatures and compromising the integrity and authenticity of documents undergoing the signing process. The issue was caused by insufficient authorization validation on referenced resources during request processing.
Pachno 1.0.6 contains an open redirection vulnerability that allows attackers to redirect users to arbitrary external websites by manipulating the return_to parameter. Attackers can craft malicious login URLs with unvalidated return_to values to conduct phishing attacks and steal user credentials.
Two potential buffer overflow vulnerabilities at the following locations in the Zephyr eS-WiFi driver source code.
An out of bounds (OOB) memory access flaw was found in the Linux kernel in relay_file_read_start_pos in kernel/relay.c in the relayfs. This flaw could allow a local attacker to crash the system or leak kernel internal information.
An issue was discovered in Samsung Mobile Processor, Wearable Processor, Automotive Processor, and Modem (Exynos 9810, 9610, 9820, 980, 850, 1080, 2100, 2200, 1280, 1380, 1330, 9110, W920, Modem 5123, Modem 5300, and Auto T5123). Improper handling of a length parameter inconsistency can cause abnormal termination of a mobile phone. This occurs in the RLC task and RLC module.
An issue found in BestWeather v.7.3.1 for Android allows unauthorized apps to cause a persistent denial of service attack by manipulating the database.
Exposure of Private Personal Information to an Unauthorized Actor in GitHub repository microweber/microweber prior to 1.3.4.
An issue found in DUALSPACE Lock Master v.2.2.4 allows a local attacker to cause a denial of service or gain sensitive information via the com.ludashi.superlock.util.pref.SharedPrefProviderEntryMethod: insert of the android.net.Uri.insert method.
Improper Access Control in System Management Mode (SMM) may allow an attacker access to the SPI flash potentially leading to arbitrary code execution.
Heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in bootloader prior to SMR May-2023 Release 1 allows a physical attacker to execute arbitrary code.
In the Linux kernel 6.0.8, there is an out-of-bounds read in ntfs_attr_find in fs/ntfs/attrib.c.
Code Injection in GitHub repository nilsteampassnet/teampass prior to 3.0.9.
Due to improper neutralization of input in SAPUI5 - versions SAP_UI 750, SAP_UI 754, SAP_UI 755, SAP_UI 756, SAP_UI 757, UI_700 200, sap.m.FormattedText SAPUI5 control allows injection of untrusted CSS. This blocks user’s interaction with the application. Further, in the absence of URL validation by the application, the vulnerability could lead to the attacker reading or modifying user’s information through phishing attack.
EisBaer Scada - CWE-256: Plaintext Storage of a Password
Client-side enforcement of server-side security in Zoom clients before 5.14.10 may allow an authenticated user to enable information disclosure via network access.
A use-after-free flaw was found in vcs_read in drivers/tty/vt/vc_screen.c in vc_screen in the Linux Kernel. This issue may allow an attacker with local user access to cause a system crash or leak internal kernel information.
