An Unquoted Service Path vulnerability exists in Ext2Fsd v0.68 via a specially crafted file in the Ext2Srv Service executable service path.
Missing authentication for critical function in SolarView Compact SV-CPT-MC310 prior to Ver.6.5 allows an attacker to alter the setting information without the access privileges via unspecified vectors.
A memory leak flaw was found in the Linux kernel in the ccp_run_aes_gcm_cmd() function in drivers/crypto/ccp/ccp-ops.c, which allows attackers to cause a denial of service (memory consumption). This vulnerability is similar with the older CVE-2019-18808.
LFENCE/JMP (mitigation V2-2) may not sufficiently mitigate CVE-2017-5715 on some AMD CPUs.
net/can/bcm.c in the Linux kernel through 5.12.10 allows local users to obtain sensitive information from kernel stack memory because parts of a data structure are uninitialized.
Tenable.sc and Tenable.sc Core versions 5.13.0 through 5.17.0 were found to contain a vulnerability that could allow an authenticated, unprivileged user to perform Remote Code Execution (RCE) on the Tenable.sc server via Hypertext Preprocessor unserialization.
In handle_rc_metamsg_cmd of btif_rc.cc, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to remote code execution over Bluetooth with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android-11 Android-8.1 Android-9 Android-10Android ID: A-181860042
Trendnet AC2600 TEW-827DRU version 2.08B01 contains an improper access control configuration that could allow for a malicious firmware update. It is possible to manually install firmware that may be malicious in nature as there does not appear to be any signature validation done to determine if it is from a known and trusted source. This includes firmware updates that are done via the automated "check for updates" in the admin interface. If an attacker is able to masquerade as the update server, the device will not verify that the firmware updates downloaded are legitimate.
Hongdian H8922 3.0.5 devices allow Directory Traversal. The /log_download.cgi log export handler does not validate user input and allows a remote attacker with minimal privileges to download any file from the device by substituting ../ (e.g., ../../etc/passwd) This can be carried out with a web browser by changing the file name accordingly. Upon visiting log_download.cgi?type=../../etc/passwd and logging in, the web server will allow a download of the contents of the /etc/passwd file.
An improper authorization handling flaw was found in Foreman. The Salt plugin for the smart-proxy allows foreman clients to execute actions that should be limited to the Foreman Server. This flaw allows an authenticated local attacker to access and delete limited resources and also causes a denial of service on the Foreman server. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to integrity and system availability.
A malicious or compromised UApp or ABL may be used by an attacker to issue a malformed system call which results in mapping sensitive System Management Network (SMN) registers leading to a loss of integrity and availability.
OrbiTeam BSCW Classic before 7.4.3 allows exportpdf authenticated remote code execution (RCE) via XML tag injection because reportlab\platypus\paraparser.py (reached via bscw.cgi op=_editfolder.EditFolder) calls eval on attacker-supplied Python code. This is fixed in 5.0.12, 5.1.10, 5.2.4, 7.3.3, and 7.4.3.
This issue was addressed with improved checks. This issue is fixed in macOS Big Sur 11.6. A malicious application may bypass Gatekeeper checks.
In onCreate of SetupLayoutActivity.java, there is a possible way to setup a work profile bypassing user consent due to a tapjacking/overlay attack. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with User execution privileges needed. User interaction is needed for exploitation.Product: AndroidVersions: Android-10 Android-11 Android-12Android ID: A-209611539
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix kernel address leakage in atomic cmpxchg's r0 aux reg The implementation of BPF_CMPXCHG on a high level has the following parameters: .-[old-val] .-[new-val] BPF_R0 = cmpxchg{32,64}(DST_REG + insn->off, BPF_R0, SRC_REG) `-[mem-loc] `-[old-val] Given a BPF insn can only have two registers (dst, src), the R0 is fixed and used as an auxilliary register for input (old value) as well as output (returning old value from memory location). Whi
A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in GnuTLS. As Nettle's hash update functions internally call memcpy, providing zero-length input may cause undefined behavior. This flaw leads to a denial of service after authentication in rare circumstances.
D-Link DIR-809 devices with firmware through DIR-809Ax_FW1.12WWB03_20190410 were discovered to contain a stack buffer overflow vulnerability in the function FUN_80034d60 in /formStaticDHCP. This vulnerability is triggered via a crafted POST request.
In Zoho ManageEngine Password Manager Pro before 11.1 build 11104, attackers are able to retrieve credentials via a browser extension for non-website resource types.
An issue was discovered in BS_RCIO64.sys in Biostar RACING GT Evo 2.1.1905.1700. A low-integrity process can open the driver's device object and issue IOCTLs to read or write to arbitrary physical memory locations (or call an arbitrary address), leading to execution of arbitrary code. This is associated with 0x226040, 0x226044, and 0x226000.
GAEN (aka Google/Apple Exposure Notifications) through 2021-04-27 on Android allows attackers to obtain sensitive information, such as a user's location history, in-person social graph, and (sometimes) COVID-19 infection status, because Rolling Proximity Identifiers and MAC addresses are written to the Android system log, and many Android devices have applications (preinstalled by the hardware manufacturer or network operator) that read system log data and send it to third parties. NOTE: a news outlet (The Markup) states that they received a vendor response indicating that fix deployment "bega
