The MFT admin service component of TIBCO Software Inc.'s TIBCO Managed File Transfer Command Center and TIBCO Managed File Transfer Internet Server contains a vulnerability that theoretically allows an authenticated user with specific permissions to obtain the session identifier of another user. The session identifier when replayed could provide administrative rights or file transfer permissions to the affected system. Affected releases are TIBCO Software Inc.'s TIBCO Managed File Transfer Command Center: versions 8.2.1 and below and TIBCO Managed File Transfer Internet Server: versions 8.2.1
An exploitable integer overflow vulnerability exists within the MPEG-4 decoding functionality of the GPAC Project on Advanced Content library v1.0.1. A specially crafted MPEG-4 input can cause an integer overflow when the library encounters an atom using the “trun” FOURCC code due to unchecked arithmetic resulting in a heap-based buffer overflow that causes memory corruption. An attacker can convince a user to open a video to trigger this vulnerability.
An exploitable heap-based buffer overflow exists in Iceni Argus. When it attempts to convert a PDF containing a malformed font to XML, the tool will attempt to use a size out of the font to search through a linked list of buffers to return. Due to a signedness issue, a buffer smaller than the requested size will be returned. Later when the tool tries to populate this buffer, the overflow will occur which can lead to code execution under the context of the user running the tool.
A vulnerability was found in Tenda AC15 15.03.05.18/15.03.20_multi. It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is the function formSetSpeedWan of the file /goform/SetSpeedWan. The manipulation of the argument speed_dir leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-257660. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
TP-LINK TL-WR886N V7.0_3.0.14_Build_221115_Rel.56908n.bin was discovered to contain a stack overflow via the function getResetVeriRegister.
PRO-7070 Hazır Profesyonel Web Sitesi version 1.0 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in the administration panel login page. Attackers can bypass authentication by using '=' 'or' as both username and password to gain unauthorized access to the administrative interface.
Type Confusion in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 131.0.6778.204 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
The mono package before 6.8.0.105+dfsg-3.3 for Debian allows arbitrary code execution because the application/x-ms-dos-executable MIME type is associated with an un-sandboxed Mono CLR interpreter.
OS Command Injection vulnerability in Ruijie RG-BCR RG-BCR600W allowing attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted POST request to the restart_modules in file /usr/lib/lua/luci/controller/admin/common.lua.
Authentication Bypass Using an Alternate Path or Channel vulnerability in yespbs Token Login token-login allows Authentication Bypass. This issue affects Token Login: from n/a through <= 1.0.3.
An exploitable heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the PlanMaker document parsing functionality of SoftMaker Office 2021’s PlanMaker application. A specially crafted document can cause the document parser to explicitly trust a length from a particular record type and use it to write a 16-bit null relative to a buffer allocated on the stack. Due to a lack of bounds-checking on this value, this can allow an attacker to write to memory outside of the buffer and controllably corrupt memory. This can allow an attacker to earn code execution under the context of the application. An at
It was discovered that the get_pid_info() function in data/apport did not properly parse the /proc/pid/status file from the kernel.
Incorrect alias information in IonMonkey JIT compiler for setting array elements could lead to a type confusion. We are aware of targeted attacks in the wild abusing this flaw. This vulnerability affects Firefox ESR < 68.4.1, Thunderbird < 68.4.1, and Firefox < 72.0.1.
Multiple exploitable integer overflow vulnerabilities exist within the MPEG-4 decoding functionality of the GPAC Project on Advanced Content library v1.0.1. A specially crafted MPEG-4 input can cause an integer overflow due to unchecked arithmetic resulting in a heap-based buffer overflow that causes memory corruption. An attacker can convince a user to open a video to trigger this vulnerability.
An exploitable integer truncation vulnerability exists within the MPEG-4 decoding functionality of the GPAC Project on Advanced Content library v1.0.1. A specially crafted MPEG-4 input can cause an improper memory allocation resulting in a heap-based buffer overflow that causes memory corruption. The FOURCC code, 'trik', is parsed by the function within the library. An attacker can convince a user to open a video to trigger this vulnerability.
A vulnerability in a weak JWT token in Watcharr v1.43.0 and below allows attackers to perform privilege escalation using a crafted JWT token. This vulnerability is not limited to privilege escalation but also affects all functions that require authentication.
Use after free in Media Stream in Google Chrome prior to 138.0.7204.183 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Use after free in Canvas in Google Chrome prior to 123.0.6312.58 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
The RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle software and RSA Via Lifecycle and Governance products prior to 7.1.0 P08 contain an information exposure vulnerability. The Office 365 user password may get logged in a plain text format in the Office 365 connector debug log file. An authenticated malicious local user with access to the debug logs may obtain the exposed password to use in further attacks.
Use after free in WebAudio in Google Chrome prior to 78.0.3904.87 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page.
