Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) before Virtual Appliance Host 22.0.1002 Application 20.0.2614 allows Privilege Escalation V-2024-015.
Heap buffer overflow in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 88.0.4324.150 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page.
The Kleopatra component before 3.1.12 (and before 20.07.80) for GnuPG allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code because openpgp4fpr: URLs are supported without safe handling of command-line options. The Qt platformpluginpath command-line option can be used to load an arbitrary DLL.
The realm configuration component of TIBCO Software Inc.'s TIBCO FTL Community Edition, TIBCO FTL Developer Edition, TIBCO FTL Enterprise Edition contains a vulnerability that theoretically fails to properly enforce access controls. This issue affects TIBCO FTL Community Edition 6.0.0; 6.0.1; 6.1.0, TIBCO FTL Developer Edition 6.0.1; 6.1.0, and TIBCO FTL Enterprise Edition 6.0.0; 6.0.1; 6.1.0.
Inappropriate implementation in Fullscreen in Google Chrome on Android prior to 127.0.6533.72 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to spoof the contents of the Omnibox (URL bar) via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
An authenticated attacker is able to use the Plugin Manager of the web interface of the Wattsense Bridge devices to upload malicious Python files to the device. This enables an attacker to gain remote root access to the device. An attacker needs a valid user account on the Wattsense web interface to be able to conduct this attack. This issue is fixed in recent firmware versions BSP >= 6.1.0.
An issue was discovered in Grandstream GXP14XX 1.0.8.9 and GXP16XX 1.0.7.13, allows remote attackers to escalate privileges via incorrect access control using an end-user session-identity token.
All versions of the package safe-eval are vulnerable to Sandbox Bypass due to improper input sanitization. The vulnerability is derived from prototype pollution exploitation. Exploiting this vulnerability might result in remote code execution ("RCE"). **Vulnerable functions:** __defineGetter__, stack(), toLocaleString(), propertyIsEnumerable.call(), valueOf().
SOUND4 IMPACT/FIRST/PULSE/Eco v2.x contains an unauthenticated directory traversal vulnerability that allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through the 'upgfile' parameter in upload.cgi. Attackers can exploit the vulnerability by sending crafted multipart form-data POST requests with directory traversal sequences to write files to unintended system locations.
File::Find::Rule through 0.34 for Perl is vulnerable to Arbitrary Code Execution when `grep()` encounters a crafted filename. A file handle is opened with the 2 argument form of `open()` allowing an attacker controlled filename to provide the MODE parameter to `open()`, turning the filename into a command to be executed. Example: $ mkdir /tmp/poc; echo > "/tmp/poc/|id" $ perl -MFile::Find::Rule \ -E 'File::Find::Rule->grep("foo")->in("/tmp/poc")' uid=1000(user) gid=1000(user) groups=1000(user),100(users)
Certain NETGEAR devices are affected by a stack-based buffer overflow by an unauthenticated attacker. This affects D3600 before 1.0.0.76, D6000 before 1.0.0.78, D6200 before 1.1.00.32, D7000 before 1.0.1.68, D7800 before 1.0.1.56, DM200 before 1.0.0.61, EX2700 before 1.0.1.52, EX6100v2 before 1.0.1.76, EX6150v2 before 1.0.1.76, EX6200v2 before 1.0.1.74, EX6400 before 1.0.2.140, EX7300 before 1.0.2.140, EX8000 before 1.0.1.186, JR6150 before 1.0.1.18, PR2000 before 1.0.0.28, R6020 before 1.0.0.38, R6050 before 1.0.1.18, R6080 before 1.0.0.38, R6120 before 1.0.0.46, R6220 before 1.1.0.80, R6230
A heap overflow flaw was found in the Linux kernel, all versions 3.x.x and 4.x.x before 4.18.0, in Marvell WiFi chip driver. The vulnerability allows a remote attacker to cause a system crash, resulting in a denial of service, or execute arbitrary code. The highest threat with this vulnerability is with the availability of the system. If code execution occurs, the code will run with the permissions of root. This will affect both confidentiality and integrity of files on the system.
OS Command Injection vulnerability in Ruijie RG-EW1800GX PRO B11P226_EW1800GX-PRO_10223117 allowing attackers to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted POST request to the module_set in file /usr/local/lua/dev_config/config_retain.lua.
IBM Spectrum Scale and IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.0 through 10.1.5 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary commands on the system. IBM X-Force ID: 175419.
Out of bounds write in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 120.0.6099.224 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Use after free in Downloads in Google Chrome prior to 124.0.6367.60 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Marvell QConvergeConsole 5.5.0.64. Although authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability, the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed. The specific flaw exists within the setAppFileBytes method of the GWTTestServiceImpl class. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-10550.
Use after free in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 121.0.6167.139 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
An integer overflow vulnerability in FreeImageIO.cpp::_MemoryReadProc in FreeImage 3.18.0 allows attackers to obtain sensitive information, cause a denial-of-service attacks and/or run arbitrary code.
A flaw was found in Libtiff. This vulnerability is a "write-what-where" condition, triggered when the library processes a specially crafted TIFF image file. By providing an abnormally large image height value in the file's metadata, an attacker can trick the library into writing attacker-controlled color data to an arbitrary memory location. This memory corruption can be exploited to cause a denial of service (application crash) or to achieve arbitrary code execution with the permissions of the user.
