A security flaw has been discovered in D-Link DIR-X1860 and DIR-X1860Z up to 1.0.2.220120.165402. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file /ubus of the component routerd. The manipulation of the argument passwd_set results in improper access controls. The attack must originate from the local network. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks.
RouterOS WebFig contains an unauthenticated file-read vulnerability in the /jsproxy path where a newly allocated session retains a stale uninitialized principal pointer used for file authorization. An unauthenticated attacker can prepare the allocator so that the file-serving path dereferences this pointer with sufficient rights, then supply parent-directory components in an encrypted URI to escape the WebFig file namespace and disclose root-owned files, including configuration stores containing credentials. This issue affects only 7.x branch was fixed in versions: 7.23.4 (Long-term) and 7.24.2
Netis NC63 router firmware V3.0.0.3327 contains an unauthenticated firmware update vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to submit unsigned firmware images by exploiting a missing authentication enforcement flaw in the Boa web server and netis.cgi CGI dispatcher. Attackers can send a multipart POST request to /cgi-bin/upload_fw.cgi without a valid session cookie, bypassing authentication because Boa grants access to any path containing '.cgi' regardless of cookie validation, and netis.cgi reads but does not enforce the authentication state before invoking the firmware update hand
An integer underflow vulnerability in the WatchGuard Fireware OS iked process allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to create a Denial of Service (DoS) condition in VPN processing by sending specially crafted network traffic.
A vulnerability in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Unified CM) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (Unified CM SME) could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks through an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper input validation for specific HTTP requests. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a crafted HTTP request to an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to write files to the underlying operating system that could be used later to elev
Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Cloud Applications product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Siebel Cloud Manager). Supported versions that are affected are 22.3-26.7. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via SSH to compromise Siebel CRM Cloud Applications. While the vulnerability is in Siebel CRM Cloud Applications, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Siebel CRM Cloud Applications accessible da
Huawei's openUBMC ships a default SNMPv3 USM key that uses one value for both authentication and privacy. An attacker who holds the key (recoverable from the open-source build) can authenticate SNMPv3 to, and decrypt SNMPv3 traffic from, any unit that still carries the shipped key. The build customization `manifest/build/customization/default_password.lua` sets `AuthenticationKey == EncryptionKey == 7df2f29369e3ac3245b2c9d46b67a0ecd055197e41808a34ef325db2f6422581` for the iBMC product build, and the community seed `account/manufacture/default_password.lua` sets both to `7a2f5b86f20233ec7b7bef4
The POST /api/provider-nodes/validate route in 9router takes a caller-supplied baseUrl and issues server-side HTTP requests to it, guarding the destination with assertPublicUrl from src/shared/utils/ssrfGuard.js. That guard compares hostname strings only: it resolves no DNS, does not revalidate after a redirect, and its IPv4-mapped IPv6 branch is unreachable. The branch matches ^::ffff:(\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+)$, but the WHATWG URL parser canonicalizes such literals to hextets before the guard runs, so new URL("http://[::ffff:127.0.0.1]/").hostname yields [::ffff:7f00:1] and the pattern is tested a
SAProuter on Microsoft Windows allows an unauthenticated attacker to load library (DLL) files from an untrusted location, allowing them to execute malicious code on the system. This could enable the attacker to hijack the DLL loading process and achieve arbitrary code execution. This has high impact on confidentiality, integrity and availability of the system.
WDR201A WiFi Extender (HW V2.1, FW LFMZX28040922V1.02) contains a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in the firewall.cgi and makeRequest.cgi binaries that allows unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the saved return address by sending a POST request with a Content-Length header exceeding 512 bytes. Attackers can exploit insufficient length validation in the fgets() call to achieve arbitrary code execution through return-oriented programming or return-to-libc techniques.
A critical security vulnerability in parisneo/lollms versions up to 2.2.0 allows any authenticated user to accept or reject friend requests belonging to other users. The `respond_request()` function in `backend/routers/friends.py` does not implement proper authorization checks, enabling Insecure Direct Object Reference (IDOR) attacks. Specifically, the `/api/friends/requests/{friendship_id}` endpoint fails to verify whether the authenticated user is part of the friendship or the intended recipient of the request. This vulnerability can lead to unauthorized access, privacy violations, and poten
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: isofs: validate Rock Ridge CE continuation extent against volume size rock_continue() reads rs->cont_extent verbatim from the Rock Ridge CE record and passes it to sb_bread() without checking that the block number is within the mounted ISO 9660 volume. commit e595447e177b ("[PATCH] rock.c: handle corrupted directories") added cont_offset and cont_size rejection for the CE continuation but did not validate the extent block number itself. commit f54e18f1b831 ("isofs: Fix infinite looping over CE entries") later capped the CE
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm cache policy smq: check allocation under invalidate lock commit 2d1f7b65f5de ("dm cache policy smq: fix missing locks in invalidating cache blocks") added mq->lock around the destructive part of smq_invalidate_mapping(), but left the e->allocated check outside the critical section. That leaves a check-then-act race. Two concurrent invalidators can both observe e->allocated as true before either of them takes mq->lock. The first invalidator that acquires the lock removes the entry from the queues and hash table and then c
Authentication bypass vulnerabilities in the GlobalProtect portal and gateway of Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS® software allows the attacker to bypass security restrictions and establish an unauthorized VPN connection. Panorama and Cloud NGFW are not impacted by these issues.
SeaweedFS is a distributed storage system for object storage (S3), file systems, and Iceberg tables. Prior to 4.30, the S3 API gateway and the Iceberg REST catalog gateway construct their routers with mux.NewRouter().SkipClean(true). With path cleaning disabled, a .. segment inside the URL survives routing, so a request such as `GET /bucket-A/../evil-bucket/key`, is matched as bucket=bucket-A, object=../evil-bucket/key. The captured object key is then joined into a filer path with util.JoinPath (S3) / path.Join (Iceberg), which collapse the .. server-side, so the actual read or write lands in
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm: Set old handle to NULL before prime swap in change_handle There was a potential race condition in change_handle. The ioctl briefly had a single object with two idr entries; a concurrent gem_close could delete the object and remove one of the handles while leaving the other one dangling, which could subsequently be dereferenced for a use-after-free. To fix this, do the same dance that gem_close itself does. (f6cd7daecff5 drm: Release driver references to handle before making it available again) First idr_replace the old
A flaw was found in NetworkManager-l2tp. The plugin writes attacker-controlled VPN connection properties (vpn.data and vpn.secrets values) unescaped into a generated ipsec.conf file that pluto loads as root. A local unprivileged user can create and activate their own L2TP VPN profile containing a newline-injected leftupdown directive; pluto executes that command as root when the IKE security association is established, resulting in local privilege escalation. This is the same bug class as CVE-2018-10900 (NetworkManager-vpnc).
The rtl8192cd Wi-Fi kernel driver in the Realtek rtl819x Jungle SDK (all known versions through v3.4.14B) does not perform any access control checks on the write_mem (ioctl 0x89F5) and read_mem (ioctl 0x89F6) debug handlers, which are compiled into production builds via the unconditionally defined _IOCTL_DEBUG_CMD_ macro in 8192cd_cfg.h
Flowise is a drag & drop user interface to build a customized large language model flow. Prior to version 3.0.13, the NVIDIA NIM router (/api/v1/nvidia-nim/*) is whitelisted in the global authentication middleware, allowing unauthenticated access to privileged container management and token generation endpoints. This issue has been patched in version 3.0.13.
When password or public key authentication is used with the Windows port of wolfSSHd, the Windows logon token acquired for one authenticated connection is not released before a token is acquired for a subsequent connection, resulting in user login poisoning between connections. A less privileged user with a valid account on the server can exploit this to force a login as a more privileged user. The vulnerability was introduced with the initial Windows port of wolfSSHd in wolfSSH version 1.4.15 and affects all versions through 1.5.0. Non-Windows builds of wolfSSHd are not affected.
