Under non-default configuration, a stack-based buffer overflow in FortiOS version 6.0.10 and below, version 5.6.12 and below may allow a remote attacker authenticated to the SSL VPN to crash the FortiClient NAC daemon (fcnacd) and potentially execute arbitrary code via requesting a large FortiClient file name. We are not aware of proof of concept code successfully achieving the latter.
SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform (Web Services) versions - 410, 420, 430, allows an unauthenticated attacker to inject arbitrary values as CMS parameters to perform lookups on the internal network which is otherwise not accessible externally. On successful exploitation, attacker can scan internal network to determine internal infrastructure and gather information for further attacks like remote file inclusion, retrieve server files, bypass firewall and force the vulnerable server to perform malicious requests, resulting in a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability.
A flaw was found in libssh versions before 0.8.9 and before 0.9.4 in the way it handled AES-CTR (or DES ciphers if enabled) ciphers. The server or client could crash when the connection hasn't been fully initialized and the system tries to cleanup the ciphers when closing the connection. The biggest threat from this vulnerability is system availability.
An uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks PAN-OS allows for a remote unauthenticated user to upload temporary files through the management web interface that are not properly deleted after the request is finished. It is possible for an attacker to disrupt the availability of the management web interface by repeatedly uploading files until available disk space is exhausted. This issue impacts: PAN-OS 8.1 versions earlier than PAN-OS 8.1.16; PAN-OS 9.0 versions earlier than PAN-OS 9.0.10; PAN-OS 9.1 versions earlier than PAN-OS 9.1.4; PAN-OS 10.0 versions earlier t
This vulnerability allows local attackers to escalate privileges on affected installations of TP-Link Archer A7 Firmware Ver: 190726 AC1750 routers. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the file system. The issue lies in the lack of proper permissions set on the file system. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges. Was ZDI-CAN-9651.
Cross site scripting vulnerability in the firewall ePO extension of McAfee Endpoint Security (ENS) prior to 10.7.0 November 2020 Update allows administrators to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the configuration wizard.
Improper access control in Citrix ADC and Citrix Gateway versions before 13.0-58.30, 12.1-57.18, 12.0-63.21, 11.1-64.14 and 10.5-70.18 and Citrix SDWAN WAN-OP versions before 11.1.1a, 11.0.3d and 10.2.7 resulting in limited information disclosure to low privileged users.
The Dell Isilon OneFS versions 8.2.2 and earlier SSHD process improperly allows Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and stream forwarding. This provides the remotesupport user and users with restricted shells more access than is intended.
A improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') in Fortinet FortiAnalyzer version 6.0.6 and below, version 6.4.4 allows attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via specifically crafted requests to the web GUI.
A vulnerability has been found in jamesmartin Inline SVG up to 1.7.1 and classified as problematic. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file lib/inline_svg/action_view/helpers.rb of the component URL Parameter Handler. The manipulation of the argument filename leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 1.7.2 is able to address this issue. The identifier of the patch is f5363b351508486021f99e083c92068cf2943621. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The identifier VDB-217597 was assigned to this vulnerabil
A vulnerability was found in GENI Portal. It has been rated as problematic. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file portal/www/portal/error-text.php. The manipulation of the argument error leads to cross site scripting. The attack may be launched remotely. The patch is identified as c2356cc41260551073bfaa3a94d1ab074f554938. A vulnerability was found in mholt PapaParse up to 5.1.x. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is an unknown function of the file papaparse.js. The manipulation leads to inefficient regular expression complexity. Upgrading to version 5.2.0 is able to address this issue. The name of the patch is 235a12758cd77266d2e98fd715f53536b34ad621. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-218004.
When SSL/TLS Forward Proxy Decryption mode has been configured to decrypt the web transactions, the PAN-OS URL filtering feature inspects the HTTP Host and URL path headers for policy enforcement on the decrypted HTTPS web transactions but does not consider Server Name Indication (SNI) field within the TLS Client Hello handshake. This allows a compromised host in a protected network to evade any security policy that uses URL filtering on a firewall configured with SSL Decryption in the Forward Proxy mode. A malicious actor can then use this technique to evade detection of communication on the
Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: Utility). The supported version that is affected is 11. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via SSH to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Solaris, attacks may significantly impact additional products. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Solaris accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Sc
A improper input validation in Fortinet FortiGate version 6.4.3 and below, version 6.2.5 and below, version 6.0.11 and below, version 5.6.13 and below allows attacker to disclose sensitive information via SNI Client Hello TLS packets.
Fastweb FASTGate GPON FGA2130FWB devices through 2020-05-26 allow CSRF via the router administration web panel, leading to an attacker's ability to perform administrative actions such as modifying the configuration.
Inim Electronics Smartliving SmartLAN/G/SI <=6.x uses default hardcoded credentials. An attacker could exploit this to gain Telnet, SSH and FTP access to the system.
A SQL injection vulnerability in the user and admin web interfaces of Sophos XG Firewall v18.0 MR1 and older potentially allows an attacker to run arbitrary code remotely. The fix is built into the re-release of XG Firewall v18 MR-1 (named MR-1-Build396) and the v17.5 MR13 release. All other versions >= 17.0 have received a hotfix.
An improper neutralization of input vulnerability in FortiAnalyzer before 6.4.1 and 6.2.5 may allow a remote authenticated attacker to inject script related HTML tags via Name parameter of Storage Connectors.
An issue was discovered on Tenda AC6 V1.0 V15.03.05.19_multi_TD01, AC9 V1.0 V15.03.05.19(6318)_CN, AC9 V3.0 V15.03.06.42_multi, AC15 V1.0 V15.03.05.19_multi_TD01, and AC18 V15.03.05.19(6318_)_CN devices. There is a buffer overflow vulnerability in the router's web server -- httpd. While processing the /goform/SetSpeedWan speed_dir parameter for a POST request, a value is directly used in a sprintf to a local variable placed on the stack, which overwrites the return address of a function. An attacker can construct a payload to carry out arbitrary code execution attacks.
