The libcurl API function called `curl_maprintf()` before version 7.51.0 can be tricked into doing a double-free due to an unsafe `size_t` multiplication, on systems using 32 bit `size_t` variables.
Vulnerability in the Oracle WebLogic Server product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Core). Supported versions that are affected are 10.3.6.0.0, 12.1.3.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0, 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.1.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebLogic Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.3 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:L/I:N/A:N).
WordPress through 6.1.1 depends on unpredictable client visits to cause wp-cron.php execution and the resulting security updates, and the source code describes "the scenario where a site may not receive enough visits to execute scheduled tasks in a timely manner," but neither the installation guide nor the security guide mentions this default behavior, or alerts the user about security risks on installations with very few visits.
Precurio Intranet Portal 2.0 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to create administrative user accounts by submitting crafted POST requests. Attackers can forge requests to the /public/admin/user/submitnew endpoint with user creation parameters to add new admin accounts without requiring CSRF tokens or user interaction.
An exploitable integer underflow vulnerability exists in the ZigBee firmware update routine of the hubCore binary of the Samsung SmartThings Hub STH-ETH-250 - Firmware version 0.20.17. The hubCore process incorrectly handles malformed files existing in its data directory, leading to an infinite loop, which eventually causes the process to crash. An attacker can send an HTTP request to trigger this vulnerability.
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), released under the Apache license. In affected versions a malicious server might trigger out of bound writes in a connected client. Connections using GDI or SurfaceCommands to send graphics updates to the client might send `0` width/height or out of bound rectangles to trigger out of bound writes. With `0` width or heigth the memory allocation will be `0` but the missing bounds checks allow writing to the pointer at this (not allocated) region. This issue has been patched in FreeRDP 2.4.1.
An issue was discovered in Hitachi Vantara Pentaho through 9.1 and Pentaho Business Intelligence Server through 7.x. The Security Model has different layers of Access Control. One of these layers is the applicationContext security, which is defined in the applicationContext-spring-security.xml file. The default configuration allows an unauthenticated user with no previous knowledge of the platform settings to extract pieces of information without possessing valid credentials.
The MediaWiki "Report" extension has a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability. Before fixed version, there was no protection against CSRF checks on Special:Report, so requests to report a revision could be forged. The problem has been fixed in commit f828dc6 by making use of MediaWiki edit tokens.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management product of Oracle Communications Applications (component: Connection Manager). Supported versions that are affected are 12.0.0.4.0-12.0.0.6.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.3 (Availability

SAP NetWeaver AS Java for Deploy Service - version 7.5, does not perform any access control checks for functionalities that require user identity enabling an unauthenticated attacker to attach to an open interface and make use of an open naming and directory API to access a service which will enable them to access but not modify server settings and data with no effect on availability and integrity.

ws is an open source WebSocket client and server library for Node.js. A specially crafted value of the `Sec-Websocket-Protocol` header can be used to significantly slow down a ws server. The vulnerability has been fixed in ws@7.4.6 (https://github.com/websockets/ws/commit/00c425ec77993773d823f018f64a5c44e17023ff). In vulnerable versions of ws, the issue can be mitigated by reducing the maximum allowed length of the request headers using the [`--max-http-header-size=size`](https://nodejs.org/api/cli.html#cli_max_http_header_size_size) and/or the [`maxHeaderSize`](https://nodejs.org/api/http.htm
