In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate EaNameLength in smb2_get_ea() smb2_get_ea() reads ea_req->EaNameLength from the client request and passes it directly to strncmp() as the comparison length without verifying that the length of the name really is the size of the input buffer received. Fix this up by properly checking the size of the name based on the value received and the overall size of the request, to prevent a later strncmp() call to use the length as a "trusted" size of the buffer. Without this check, uninitialized heap values might be s
The File Manager WordPress plugin before 6.9.1 does not perform any capability check on one of its file manager connector endpoints, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to browse the entire WordPress installation directory and download files of certain types from it, including archives and documents which may contain sensitive data.
The KiviCare WordPress plugin before 4.5.2 does not restrict the roles assignable through its unauthenticated registration endpoint, allowing unauthenticated attackers to create an active, privileged clinic-staff (doctor) account with full access to patient records, billing and clinic data.
The Salon Booking System WordPress plugin before 10.30.34 does not properly validate a booking's ownership token before loading it in its booking-wizard confirmation steps, allowing unauthenticated attackers to disclose other customers' booking records, including personal information, by supplying a sequential booking identifier.
Race in Chromoting in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 148.0.7778.96 allowed a local attacker to perform privilege escalation via a malicious file. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
The Payments for Hubtel WordPress plugin before 1.0.2 does not prevent public access to a debug log in which it records payment requests, including the store's payment gateway API credentials in plain text, allowing unauthenticated attackers to obtain those credentials.
Integer overflow in ANGLE in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 146.0.7680.178 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to perform an out of bounds memory write via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
The The Events Calendar plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Path Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 6.15.17 via the 'ajax_create_import' function. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Unified Directory product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: OUD Core). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via LDAP to compromise Oracle Unified Directory. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Unified Directory. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H).
The WP Ultimate Review WordPress plugin before 2.4.4 does not properly sanitise and escape reviews submitted through its public review form, which is available to unauthenticated visitors, allowing them to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks against any user, including administrators, viewing a page displaying the review, when user reviews are enabled.
The HEL Online Classroom: AI-powered Online Classrooms WordPress plugin through 1.0.3 does not perform any authorisation check on one of its REST API routes, allowing unauthenticated users to retrieve its stored settings, including the shared secret used to sign API requests to the connected BigBlueButton server.
The File Manager WordPress plugin before 8.0.5, FileOrganizer WordPress plugin before 1.2.1, File Manager Pro WordPress plugin before 2.1.3 do not correctly validate the origin of window messages received by the file browser they load on their admin screens, accepting any origin that is a leading string prefix of the site's own address, which allows an unauthenticated attacker to run arbitrary JavaScript in the session of a logged-in administrator who visits a page under their control. The defect is in the file-manager library all three bundle, and every version below 2.1.70 carries it. Upd

The Creative Mail – Easier WordPress & WooCommerce Email Marketing plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'checkout_uuid' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.9. This is due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query in the `has_checkout_consent()` method. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
