An issue found in Yandex Navigator v.6.60 for Android allows unauthorized apps to cause a persistent denial of service by manipulating the SharedPreference files.
A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Tongda OA. This affects an unknown part of the file general/system/seal_manage/iweboffice/delete_seal.php. The manipulation of the argument DELETE_STR leads to sql injection. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 11.10 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. The identifier VDB-236181 was assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
Cleartext storage of sensitive information in Zoom Client SDK for Windows before 5.15.0 may allow an authenticated user to enable an information disclosure via local access.
Stack-based Buffer Overflow in GitHub repository gpac/gpac prior to 2.2.2.
A use-after-free flaw was found in the Linux kernel’s core dump subsystem. This flaw allows a local user to crash the system. Only if patch 390031c94211 ("coredump: Use the vma snapshot in fill_files_note") not applied yet, then kernel could be affected.
A vulnerability in the CLI of Cisco ThousandEyes Enterprise Agent, Virtual Appliance installation type, could allow an authenticated, local attacker to elevate privileges on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to insufficient input validation by the operating system CLI. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by issuing certain commands using sudo. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to view arbitrary files as root on the underlying operating system. The attacker must have valid credentials on the affected device.
An issue was discovered in Sesami Cash Point & Transport Optimizer (CPTO) 6.3.8.6 (#718), allows local attackers to obtain sensitive information and bypass authentication via "Back Button Refresh" attack.
In the Linux kernel before 5.15.13, drivers/net/ethernet/mellanox/mlx5/core/steering/dr_domain.c misinterprets the mlx5_get_uars_page return value (expects it to be NULL in the error case, whereas it is actually an error pointer).
A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in IObit Malware Fighter 9.4.0.776. Affected is the function 0x222034/0x222038/0x22203C/0x222040 in the library ObCallbackProcess.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation leads to denial of service. Local access is required to approach this attack. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. VDB-224022 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability.
Versions of the package libredwg before 0.12.5.6384 are vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) due to an out-of-bounds read involving section->num_pages in decode_r2007.c.
An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel before 6.3.3. There is an out-of-bounds read in crc16 in lib/crc16.c when called from fs/ext4/super.c because ext4_group_desc_csum does not properly check an offset. NOTE: this is disputed by third parties because the kernel is not intended to defend against attackers with the stated "When modifying the block device while it is mounted by the filesystem" access.
This external control vulnerability, if exploited, could allow a local OS-authenticated user with standard privileges to delete files with System privilege on the machine where these products are installed, resulting in denial of service.
Vulnerability in the MySQL Server product of Oracle MySQL (component: InnoDB). Supported versions that are affected are 8.0.31 and prior. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of MySQL Server accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.5 (Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vect
Code Sector TeraCopy 3.9.7 does not perform proper access validation on the source folder during a copy operation. This leads to Arbitrary File Read by allowing any user to copy any directory in the system to a directory they control. NOTE: the Supplier disputes this because only admin users can copy arbitrary folders, and because the 143984 reference is about a different concern (unrelated to directory copying) that was fixed in 3.5b.
A vulnerability was found in Tongda OA 2017 up to 11.9. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file pda/pad/email/delete.php. The manipulation of the argument EMAIL_ID leads to sql injection. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Upgrading to version 11.10 is able to address this issue. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. VDB-247246 is the identifier assigned to this vulnerability. NOTE: The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
McAfee Total Protection prior to 16.0.49 allows attackers to elevate user privileges due to DLL sideloading. This could enable a user with lower privileges to execute unauthorized tasks.
An issue found in Sleep v.20230303 for Android allows unauthorized apps to cause a persistent denial of service by manipulating the SharedPreference files.
In the Linux kernel before 6.2, mm/memory-tiers.c misinterprets the alloc_memory_type return value (expects it to be NULL in the error case, whereas it is actually an error pointer). NOTE: this is disputed by third parties because there are no realistic cases in which a user can cause the alloc_memory_type error case to be reached.
A vulnerability classified as problematic was found in IObit Malware Fighter 9.4.0.776. This vulnerability affects the function 0x222010 in the library ObCallbackProcess.sys of the component IOCTL Handler. The manipulation leads to denial of service. The attack needs to be approached locally. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier of this vulnerability is VDB-224020.
An information disclosure vulnerability exists in multiple ManageEngine products that can result in encryption keys being exposed. A low-privileged OS user with access to the host where an affected ManageEngine product is installed can view and use the exposed key to decrypt product database passwords. This allows the user to access the ManageEngine product database.
