Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in Windows PowerShell allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally.
Incorrect access control in the kernel driver of ThreatFire System Monitor v4.7.0.53 allows attackers to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary commands via an insecure IOCTL.
Software installed and run as a non-privileged user may conduct improper GPU system calls to corrupt kernel heap memory.
Foxit PDF Reader Update Service Uncontrolled Search Path Element Local Privilege Escalation Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows local attackers to escalate privileges on affected installations of Foxit PDF Reader. An attacker must first obtain the ability to execute low-privileged code on the target system in order to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the Foxit Reader Update Service. The product loads a library from an unsecured location. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to escalate privileges and execute code in the context of SYSTEM. Was ZDI-CAN-257
Improper access control in Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved bounds checking. This issue is fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.4, macOS Sonoma 14.7.5, macOS Ventura 13.7.5. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination or corrupt kernel memory.
Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally.
Headlamp is an extensible Kubernetes web UI. A command injection vulnerability was discovered in the codeSign.js script used in the macOS packaging workflow of the Kubernetes Headlamp project. This issue arises due to the improper use of Node.js's execSync() function with unsanitized input derived from environment variables, which can be influenced by an attacker. The variables ${teamID}, ${entitlementsPath}, and ${config.app} are dynamically derived from the environment or application config and passed directly to the shell command without proper escaping or argument separation. This exposes
DLL hijacking in Ivanti Endpoint Manager before version 2024 SU1 or before version 2022 SU7 allows an authenticated attacker to escalate to System.
Windows Hyper-V NT Kernel Integration VSP Elevation of Privilege Vulnerability
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: prevent out-of-bounds stream writes by validating *pos ksmbd_vfs_stream_write() did not validate whether the write offset (*pos) was within the bounds of the existing stream data length (v_len). If *pos was greater than or equal to v_len, this could lead to an out-of-bounds memory write. This patch adds a check to ensure *pos is less than v_len before proceeding. If the condition fails, -EINVAL is returned.
Acrobat Reader versions 24.001.30254, 20.005.30774, 25.001.20672 and earlier are affected by a Use After Free vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file, and scope is unchanged.
A local attacker can bypass OpenEDR's 2.5.1.0 self-defense mechanism by renaming a malicious executable to match a trusted process name (e.g., csrss.exe, edrsvc.exe, edrcon.exe). This allows unauthorized interaction with the OpenEDR kernel driver, granting access to privileged functionality such as configuration changes, process monitoring, and IOCTL communication that should be restricted to trusted components. While this issue alone does not directly grant SYSTEM privileges, it breaks OpenEDR's trust model and enables further exploitation leading to full local privilege escalation.
RemoteView PC Application Console versions prior to 6.0.2 contain an uncontrolled search path element vulnerability. If a crafted DLL is placed in the same folder with the affected product, it may cause an arbitrary code execution.
Out-Of-Bounds Write vulnerability exists in the OBJ file reading procedure in SOLIDWORKS eDrawings on Release SOLIDWORKS Desktop 2025. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code while opening a specially crafted OBJÂ file.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: neighbour: use RCU protection in __neigh_notify() __neigh_notify() can be called without RTNL or RCU protection. Use RCU protection to avoid potential UAF.
A flaw was found in libxslt where the attribute type, atype, flags are modified in a way that corrupts internal memory management. When XSLT functions, such as the key() process, result in tree fragments, this corruption prevents the proper cleanup of ID attributes. As a result, the system may access freed memory, causing crashes or enabling attackers to trigger heap corruption.
Integer overflow or wraparound in Windows Fast FAT Driver allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code locally.
In onActivityResult of EditFdnContactScreen.java, there is a possible way to leak contacts from the work profile due to a confused deputy. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
An issue was discovered in Foxit PDF and Editor for Windows and macOS before 13.2 and 2025 before 2025.2. They allow potential arbitrary code execution when processing crafted PDF files. The vulnerability stems from insufficient handling of memory allocation failures after assigning an extremely large value to a form field's charLimit property via JavaScript. This can result in memory corruption and may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code by persuading a user to open a malicious file.
