In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate EaNameLength in smb2_get_ea() smb2_get_ea() reads ea_req->EaNameLength from the client request and passes it directly to strncmp() as the comparison length without verifying that the length of the name really is the size of the input buffer received. Fix this up by properly checking the size of the name based on the value received and the overall size of the request, to prevent a later strncmp() call to use the length as a "trusted" size of the buffer. Without this check, uninitialized heap values might be s
Use after free in iOS in Google Chrome on iOS prior to 148.0.7778.216 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to execute arbitrary code via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Vulnerability in the WebCenter Content: Imaging product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Core). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise WebCenter Content: Imaging. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of WebCenter Content: Imaging. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/A
The bpost-shipping-platform WordPress plugin before 3.2.3 does not properly sanitize a parameter before using it in a SQL query during WooCommerce order submission, allowing unauthenticated attackers to perform time-based blind SQL injection on stores running this bpost-shipping-platform WordPress plugin before 3.2.3.
An exploitable code execution vulnerability exists in the firmware update functionality of Yi Home Camera 27US 1.8.7.0D. A specially crafted set of UDP packets can cause a settings change, resulting in denial of service. An attacker can send a set of packets to trigger this vulnerability.
Insufficient policy enforcement in Speech in Google Chrome on Android prior to 151.0.7922.72 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to perform privilege escalation via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium)
Insufficient policy enforcement in Passwords in Google Chrome on Windows prior to 148.0.7778.168 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to perform privilege escalation via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High)
Use after free in Import in Google Chrome on iOS prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker who convinced a user to engage in specific UI gestures to execute arbitrary code via a malicious file. (Chromium security severity: High)
CamaleonCMS 2.9.1 contains a server-side template injection vulnerability that allows authenticated administrators to execute arbitrary commands by embedding ERB tags in the email parameter of the test_email settings action, which are evaluated when an SMTP rejection reflects the recipient address back in the exception message rendered as an inline ERB template. Attackers can submit a crafted email parameter containing ERB expressions through the admin settings test_email endpoint, causing the Rails inline template renderer to evaluate attacker-controlled Ruby code and achieve arbitrary comman
The Loops & Logic WordPress plugin before 4.3.0 does not restrict its public template-data action to the data a visitor is permitted to see, allowing unauthenticated users to read arbitrary user records (including email addresses and roles) and arbitrary site options.
NodeBB does not bind the claimed author of an inbound ActivityPub object to the authenticated remote actor. The inbound middleware verifies the HTTP-signature actor and checks the origin of object.id, but never validates that attributedTo corresponds to the sender. In the object mock, attributedTo is used directly as a uid, and actors.assert silently ignores numeric identifiers (filtering them out without re-deriving the uid), so a federated remote actor can set attributedTo to a bare numeric value such as 1 and have the resulting post or private message created with that local uid as author,
Vulnerability in the Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). Vulnerability in the Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management product of Oracle Hyperion (component: Access and security). The supported version that is affected is 11.2.26.0.000. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via SOAP to compromise Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Hyperion Data Relationship Management. Type Confusion in GFX in Google Chrome on Linux, ChromeOS prior to 148.0.7778.179 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted video file. (Chromium security severity: High)
When processing a request with a URL path starting with /status or /sysinfo, WOSHttpStatusModule.dll is to be loaded to handle such URL patterns. The WOSBin_LoadHttpModule function in the dll would be called to set up a "module" object for that module. However, WOSHttpStatusModule.dll is not present in the installation. As a result, a function pointer to WOSBin_LoadHttpModule (which would have been in the export table in WOSHttpStatusModule.dll) is set to NULL, resulting in calling a function at address 0.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Purchasing product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.11-12.2.15. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Purchasing. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Purchasing. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). A Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition vulnerability in Balena Etcher for Windows prior to v2.1.4 allows attackers to escalate privileges and execute arbitrary code via replacing a legitimate script with a crafted payload during the flashing process.
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: flow_dissector: do not dissect PPPoE PFC frames RFC 2516 Section 7 states that Protocol Field Compression (PFC) is NOT RECOMMENDED for PPPoE. In practice, pppd does not support negotiating PFC for PPPoE sessions, and the flow dissector driver has assumed an uncompressed frame until the blamed commit. During the review process of that commit [1], support for PFC is suggested. However, having a compressed (1-byte) protocol field means the subsequent PPP payload is shifted by one byte, causing 4-byte misalignment for the netwo
The FlxWoo WordPress plugin before 3.1.1 does not verify with the payment processor that a checkout session was actually paid before marking the associated order as paid, allowing unauthenticated attackers to complete WooCommerce orders without paying.
