The IEEE 802.11 specifications through 802.11ax allow physically proximate attackers to intercept (possibly cleartext) target-destined frames by spoofing a target's MAC address, sending Power Save frames to the access point, and then sending other frames to the access point (such as authentication frames or re-association frames) to remove the target's original security context. This behavior occurs because the specifications do not require an access point to purge its transmit queue before removing a client's pairwise encryption key.
An exploitable firmware modification vulnerability was discovered on the Netgear WPN824EXT WiFi Range Extender. An attacker can conduct a MITM attack to modify the user-uploaded firmware image and bypass the CRC check. A successful attack can either introduce a backdoor to the device or make the device DoS. This affects Firmware Version: 1.1.1_1.1.9.
qs before 6.10.3, as used in Express before 4.17.3 and other products, allows attackers to cause a Node process hang for an Express application because an __ proto__ key can be used. In many typical Express use cases, an unauthenticated remote attacker can place the attack payload in the query string of the URL that is used to visit the application, such as a[__proto__]=b&a[__proto__]&a[length]=100000000. The fix was backported to qs 6.9.7, 6.8.3, 6.7.3, 6.6.1, 6.5.3, 6.4.1, 6.3.3, and 6.2.4 (and therefore Express 4.17.3, which has "deps: qs@6.9.7" in its release description, is not vulnerable
Vulnerability in the Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Java SE (component: Libraries). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 17.0.2 and 18; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 21.3.1 and 22.0.0.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Ed
The Contest Gallery WordPress plugin before 19.1.5.1, Contest Gallery Pro WordPress plugin before 19.1.5.1 do not escape the cg_Fields POST parameter before concatenating it to an SQL query in users-registry-check-registering-and-login.php. This may allow malicious visitors to leak sensitive information from the site's database.
An issue discovered in Python Charmers Future 0.18.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via crafted Set-Cookie header from malicious web server.
Insecure Direct Object Reference vulnerability in HYPR Server before version 6.14.1 allows remote authenticated attackers to add a FIDO2 authenticator to arbitrary accounts via parameter tampering in the Device Manager page. This issue affects: HYPR Server versions prior to 6.14.1.
A parsing vulnerability for the MessageSet type in the ProtocolBuffers versions prior to and including 3.16.1, 3.17.3, 3.18.2, 3.19.4, 3.20.1 and 3.21.5 for protobuf-cpp, and versions prior to and including 3.16.1, 3.17.3, 3.18.2, 3.19.4, 3.20.1 and 4.21.5 for protobuf-python can lead to out of memory failures. A specially crafted message with multiple key-value per elements creates parsing issues, and can lead to a Denial of Service against services receiving unsanitized input. We recommend upgrading to versions 3.18.3, 3.19.5, 3.20.2, 3.21.6 for protobuf-cpp and 3.18.3, 3.19.5, 3.20.2, 4.21.
The package node-opcua before 2.74.0 are vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) due to a missing limitation on the number of received chunks - per single session or in total for all concurrent sessions. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending an unlimited number of huge chunks (e.g. 2GB each) without sending the Final closing chunk.
A relative path traversal vulnerability in a FileUtil class used by the PEAR management component of Apache UIMA allows an attacker to create files outside the designated target directory using carefully crafted ZIP entry names. This issue affects Apache UIMA Apache UIMA version 3.3.0 and prior versions. Note that PEAR files should never be installed into an UIMA installation from untrusted sources because PEAR archives are executable plugins that will be able to perform any actions with the same privileges as the host Java Virtual Machine.
Vulnerability in Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Manage Proxies). The supported version that is affected is 12.2. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle E-Business Suite. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle E-Business Suite accessible data. Note: Authentication is required for successful attack, however the user may be self-registered. <br> <br>Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 is not impacted by this vulnerability. Customers should
An issue in MatrixSSL 4.5.1-open and earlier leads to failure to securely check the SessionID field, resulting in the misuse of an all-zero MasterSecret that can decrypt secret data.
Vulnerability in the Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management product of Oracle Communications Applications (component: Connection Manager). Supported versions that are affected are 12.0.0.4 and 12.0.0.5. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via TCP to compromise Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). An issue was discovered in ksmbd in the Linux kernel 5.15 through 5.19 before 5.19.2. fs/ksmbd/smb2pdu.c omits a kfree call in certain smb2_handle_negotiate error conditions, aka a memory leak.
Free5gc v3.2.1 is vulnerable to Information disclosure.
An unauthenticated remote attacker could potentially disrupt operations by switching between multiple configuration presets via HTTP.
The package muhammara before 2.6.0; all versions of package hummus are vulnerable to Denial of Service (DoS) when PDFStreamForResponse() is used with invalid data.
A flaw was found in Python, specifically within the urllib.parse module. This module helps break Uniform Resource Locator (URL) strings into components. The issue involves how the urlparse method does not sanitize input and allows characters like '\r' and '\n' in the URL path. This flaw allows an attacker to input a crafted URL, leading to injection attacks. This flaw affects Python versions prior to 3.10.0b1, 3.9.5, 3.8.11, 3.7.11 and 3.6.14.
valid.c in libxml2 before 2.9.13 has a use-after-free of ID and IDREF attributes.
AutomationDirect DirectLOGIC is vulnerable to a a specially crafted packet can be sent continuously to the PLC to prevent access from DirectSoft and other devices, causing a denial-of-service condition.
