Missing sanitization of HTML attributes in Jupyter notebooks in all versions of GitLab CE/EE since version 14.5 allows an attacker to perform arbitrary HTTP POST requests on a user's behalf leading to potential account takeover
Convos is an open source multi-user chat that runs in a web browser. You can't use SVG extension in Convos' chat window, but you can upload a file with an .html extension. By uploading an SVG file with an html extension the upload filter can be bypassed. This causes Stored XSS. Also, after uploading a file the XSS attack is triggered upon a user viewing the file. Through this vulnerability, an attacker is capable to execute malicious scripts. Users are advised to update as soon as possible.
Heap buffer overflow in libr/bin/format/mach0/mach0.c in GitHub repository radareorg/radare2 prior to 5.8.6. If address sanitizer is disabled during the compiling, the program should executes into the `r_str_ncpy` function. Therefore I think it is very likely to be exploitable. For more general description of heap buffer overflow, see [CWE](https://cwe.mitre.org/data/definitions/122.html).
Stored XSS via File Upload in GitHub repository star7th/showdoc prior to 2.10.4.
Stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the Create event section in Pandora FMS Console v766 and lower. An attacker typically exploits this vulnerability by injecting XSS payloads on popular pages of a site or passing a link to a victim, tricking them into viewing the page that contains the stored XSS payload.
Improper Validation of Array Index in GitHub repository radareorg/radare2 prior to 5.6.8. This vulnerability is heap overflow and may be exploitable. For more general description of heap buffer overflow, see [CWE](https://cwe.mitre.org/data/definitions/122.html).
Cross-site Scripting (XSS) - Stored in GitHub repository usememos/memos prior to 0.9.0.
ZoneMinder is a free, open source Closed-circuit television software application The file parameter is vulnerable to a cross site scripting vulnerability (XSS) by backing out of the current "tr" "td" brackets. This then allows a malicious user to provide code that will execute when a user views the specific log on the "view=log" page. This vulnerability allows an attacker to store code within the logs that will be executed when loaded by a legitimate user. These actions will be performed with the permission of the victim. This could lead to data loss and/or further exploitation including accou
Out-of-bounds Write in libr/bin/format/ne/ne.c in GitHub repository radareorg/radare2 prior to 5.6.8. This vulnerability is heap overflow and may be exploitable. For more general description of heap buffer overflow, see [CWE](https://cwe.mitre.org/data/definitions/122.html).

Null pointer dereference in libr/bin/format/mach0/mach0.c in radareorg/radare2 in GitHub repository radareorg/radare2 prior to 5.7.0. It is likely to be exploitable. For more general description of heap buffer overflow, see [CWE](https://cwe.mitre.org/data/definitions/476.html).

A user is able to enable their own account if it was disabled by an admin while the user still holds a valid session. Moreover, the username is not properly sanitized in the admin user overview. This enables an XSS attack that enables an attacker with a low privilege user to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of an admin's account.
Convos is an open source multi-user chat that runs in a web browser. Characters starting with "https://" in the chat window create an <a> tag. Stored XSS vulnerability using onfocus and autofocus occurs because escaping exists for "<" or ">" but escaping for double quotes does not exist. Through this vulnerability, an attacker is capable to execute malicious scripts. Users are advised to update as soon as possible.
Vulnerability in the Oracle BI Publisher product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Core Formatting API). Supported versions that are affected are 5.9.0.0, 6.4.0.0.0, 12.2.1.3.0 and 12.2.1.4.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle BI Publisher accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle BI Publisher accessible data and unauthorized
